vogue italia:
the romantic

"In a world of avant-garde extremes, we chose to return to the soul of Italian beauty: the soft, radiant power of the feminine. The brief was to move away from rigid styling and instead evoke a sense of warmth, approachable luxury, and timelessness. It’s hair that looks like it’s lived-in—meant to be touched, moved by the wind, and celebrated."

"invisible"
structure

Soft curls are the most difficult to perfect for camera. We focused on a 'dry-styling' technique to ensure the curls retained their bounce without the weight of traditional products. The result is a silhouette that feels light as air, emphasizing the model's natural glow rather than distracting from it.

the met gala:
the architectural coil

"For the annual Met Gala, the objective was to bridge the gap between 1960s 'Space Age' glamour and modern red-carpet precision. To complement a custom, structured emerald gown, we conceptualized a hairstyle that functioned as a singular, sculptural piece. The 'coiled' silhouette was designed to provide a counter-weight to the gown’s volume, creating a profile that feels both nostalgic and distinctly futuristic."

the kinetic silhouette

"Styling for the red carpet requires a balance of high-gloss aesthetics and structural integrity that must last under the heat of a thousand camera flashes. We utilized a multi-directional coiling technique, anchoring the weight to the side to elongate the neck and showcase the gown's intricate neckline. Every strand was polished to a glass-like finish, reflecting light in a way that mimicked the silk-sheen of the emerald fabric."

hyper-naturalism:
the radiant revolution

"For the Vogue USA 'New Faces' editorial, the vision was to celebrate uninhibited texture and the power of natural warmth. We were tasked with taking classic, high-volume curls and giving them a contemporary, 'un-done' edge. The goal was to frame the model's freckled features with a halo of orange-copper tones that felt less like a salon service and more like a force of nature—organic, wild, and brilliantly bright."

sculpting with
light

"Working with vibrant copper hues requires a delicate touch to maintain depth and dimension under studio lighting. To achieve this 'Solar Flare' effect, we utilized a tiered curl-placement technique, ensuring the volume was concentrated around the mid-lengths to accentuate her bone structure. We opted for a matte-satin finish rather than high-shine to keep the look feeling youthful, breathable, and distinctly American."
